Getting Started
At Receptus Elite Fitness we offer a comprehensive Introduction Course designed to help new athletes learn about the techniques of functional performance fitness. If you would describe yourself as any of the following, then the Introduction Course is right for you, and you MUST COMPLETE THIS COURSE before joining in normal classes:
-You are starting your first fitness program.
-You are just starting a fitness program after a long period of inactivity.
-You exercise regularly, but have no previous functional fitness experience.
-You have previous functional fitness experience, but have taken at least 6 months off.
-You work out on your own regularly, but you do so without a coach.
-You want to gain a thorough understanding of functional fitness fundamentals.
Our Introduction Course is a 1 hour session that will consist of all movements needed to participate in Workouts at Receptus Elite Fitness Training. Courses are scheduled with a trainer. Please call 719-251-3130 to schedule your Introduction Course today.
